BDI Marks 40 Years in Modern Furniture Design
Founded in 1984 by industrial designer Bill Becker, the company was created by Becker with a belief that great design should be more accessible. In a time when high-end design could only be found in designer showrooms, Becker sought to bring thoughtfully designed, timeless style to a greater audience. Forty years later, BDI continues to design furniture that innovates, captivates and fundamentally improves the way we live.
