BDI Expands LINQ Bedroom with New Mirror Designs
Mirror Intros Add Dimension to Numerous Spaces
CHANTILLY, Va. — Oct. 12, 2022 — BDI, a premiere furniture designer and manufacturer of office, bedroom, storage and entertainment solutions, is adding to its newly launched LINQ bedroom group with two new mirror designs that offer reflection points for any space in the home. The new mirrors will debut in BDI’s High Point showroom, IHFC D724.
Available in a 32” round and 30” x 44” rectangular design, the LINQ mirror designs coordinate beautifully with the bedroom collection, but also offer a stand-alone design for additional spaces including bathroom vanities, hallways and living areas. LINQ mirrors boast a beveled wood detail that surrounds the inner mirror, creating the impression that the reflection is floating within the natural wood frame. Both are available in a Natural Walnut finish.
“BDI is really looking to enhance the whole home with designs that are versatile and can be used in many spaces,” said Matthew Weatherly, Associate Design Director for BDI, and designer behind the LINQ collection. “The LINQ mirrors were a natural addition to the popular launch of our bedroom group, allowing consumers to bring a full suite of complementary designs into their spaces.”
Introduced in Spring 2023, the LINQ bedroom collection redefines the bedroom experience with the needs of the connected lifestyle in mind. The collection includes two beds, two motion nightstands, and two storage cabinets.
The two versatile bed designs have unique slatted platform features that can adjust for any size mattress and include power hubs within the bed frames to ensure a charging solution is never far away. The uniquely accessible motion nightstands – in two sizes – offer a sliding top for easy access to items on the top of the nightstand while in a sitting position. The larger 28” nightstand features an additional pull-out storage tray, and both models include an integrated wire management hub in the back to keep charging cables organized. Finally, the 5-Drawer Chest and 6-Drawer Dresser offer ample storage space and are engineered to meet the demanding requirements of the forthcoming Stop Tip-overs of Unstable, Risky Dressers on Youth (STURDY) Act legislation.
“The launch of LINQ has been successful for BDI, as this collection brings new connectivity features not available in the market before,” added Weatherly. “Now with the new mirror designs, consumers can complete their LINQ bedroom grouping, or even extend the aesthetic – which blends with many of BDI’s other office and entertainment collections – into other spaces in the home.”
