BDI Raises the Bar on Entertainment with Corridor SV

New Freestanding Bar Pours on the Style, Features within a Smaller Footprint

CHANTILLY, Va. — Oct. 21, 2022 — BDI, a premiere furniture designer and manufacturer of office, storage, and entertainment solutions, introduces its new compact Corridor SV Bar. Designed by Matthew Weatherly, Corridor SV Bar carries the signature design elements of the award-winning Corridor collection yet with a slim profile and raised-cabinet design that makes it ideal for smaller spaces. The new SV bar will be showcased at the October High Point Market in BDI's showroom, IHFC Design Center, #536.

"The Corridor SV Bar is designed for living areas where space is at a premium," said Weatherly, "Though its footprint is narrow, this inspired bar pours on all the features of a full-sized standing bar. And as part of the Corridor collection, its signature hardwood louvered doors keep everything neatly out of sight until it's five o'clock somewhere."

Beautifully coordinating with any of the designs within BDI's best-selling Corridor collection, the bar also features:

• BDI's proprietary satin-etched glass top for a smooth, durable, easy-to-clean surface; the lower satin-etched glass shelf provides additional storage or display surface

• Two adjustable grey-tinted glass shelves can be repositioned within the cabinet to accommodate a range of storage needs

• Opening with a gentle push, the inside drawer can be positioned on either side, and comes with an optional liner for utensil storage or as an extended tray for bottles without the liner

  • A lined wooden rack separates and protects stemware

  • A center compartment provides horizontal storage for wine bottles of various sizes

The Corridor 5621 SV Bar measures 44H x 50W x 15.5D in and is available in Charcoal Stained Ash, Natural Walnut, and Chocolate Stained Walnut finishes. The collection is shipping now and is available at premier retail stores nationwide.
